4. Payments and Billing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe and/or PayPal.

By purchasing, you agree to:

• Pay all charges incurred
• Authorize recurring charges for any subscription or membership.

5. Subscriptions and Memberships

If you enroll in a membership (including the Collective):

• Billing will occur on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly)
• You may cancel at any time before your next billing cycle
• Access will continue through the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time

6. Refund Policy — All Sales Are Final

All purchases from Alexander Morgan & Co. (DBA Meet Carol for Coffee) are final and non-refundable, including:

• Digital downloads, guides, workbooks, and assessments

• Personalized and customized digital products

• Online courses, workshops, and educational programs

• Individual coaching and consulting sessions

• Memberships and subscriptions

Due to the digital nature of our products, the ability to download and retain purchased materials, and the time and resources committed to personalized services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for changes of mind, dissatisfaction with content, failure to access or use purchased materials, or failure to achieve a desired outcome.

Purchases of coaching sessions, consulting services, and personalized products are final upon payment. Scheduling and rescheduling arrangements are subject to the terms of the individual service.

Memberships and subscriptions may be canceled before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future recurring charges and does not generate a refund for the current billing period.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this All Sales Are Final policy.

This policy applies to the extent permitted by applicable law and does not restrict consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Intellectual Property and Personal Use

All content, including written materials, videos, guides, assessments, workbooks, frameworks, exercises, and other resources, is the intellectual property of Alexander Morgan & Co., unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product grants the purchaser a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, download, save, and print the purchased materials for their own personal use.

Purchasers may not reproduce materials for distribution, share purchased files or account access with others, resell materials, publish content, or use our intellectual property for commercial purposes without prior written authorization.

Personalized products are prepared exclusively for the individual purchaser and may not be transferred, distributed, or resold.

Unauthorized use may result in termination of platform access and other remedies available under applicable law.

8. Community Guidelines

If you participate in a community space:

• Engage respectfully and professionally
• Do not harass, spam, or promote unrelated services
• Do not share confidential or private information of others

We reserve the right to remove any member who violates these guidelines without refund.

9. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching and educational content are provided for informational and personal development purposes only.

We do not guarantee specific results.

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

10. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information.

You agree not to share your account access with others.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alexander Morgan & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
